Prepare the following:Graduated Cylinder, Alcohol (67~70 percent), H20 20~25 percent, ( Fragrance 3~5 percent Essential Oil), and Perfume Bottle.
Mix everything in a closed container and shake well for 15 minutes
Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 24 hours (maceration)
Keep in a cool place for 1 week ~1 month.
